Rewards & Tokens
In addition to receiving 98% of the delegator rewards (according to the Cardano protocol) delegators who meet the eligibility conditions described below will be airdropped trees NFTs.
The VASIL pool margin will remain 1.99%. The fixed fee will remain 340 ADA. The pledge will remain 100,000 ADA.
32 Unique NFTs & 1 editioned NFT
The tree NFT tokens represent trees which were planted/migrated. For each of the 32 trees which we migrated to the first Ginkgo Grove at Varna City Garden one NFT was minted and airdropped per tree. For the 32nd tree we minted and airdropped an NFT which is an edition of 15.
Airdrop
The Ginkgo Grove at Varna City Garden NFTs were already airdropped. Please check your wallet if you delegated 1,000 ADA or more on average during the entire period of March 30, 2024 to December 6, 2025.
Duration
The project began on March 30, 2024 and was concluded on December 6, 2025.
Minimums
To be eligible for an NFT airdrop, a delegation needed to average at least 1,000 ADA during the period from March 30, 2024 to December 6, 2025.

If you did not receive a tree NFT, you can still visit Vasil's Trees.
When will I be able to visit Vasil's Trees?

How Are the Varna City Garden Ginkgo Grove Trees Related to Vasil?
The 32 trees migrated to Varna City Garden are among the last trees Vasil grew from seed during his lifetime!

The utility of the tree NFTs is to track the trees which have been planted.
I noticed that you have recently changed the planned Vasil's Trees location from Portugal to multiple locations. What prompted this shift?
As the project has developed, we recognized the opportunity to work with municipalities, organizations, and other long-term land stewards to ensure that Ginkgo biloba trees thrive for centuries. By partnering with sites where the land is protected and where long-term care agreements are in place—including initial support as the trees become established after re-planting—we aim to safeguard the trees well beyond a single human lifetime. This approach also allows us to plant in diverse locations around the world making the trees accessible to members of the international Cardano community. This shift reflects an expansion from Vasil’s original vision, strengthening both the viability, scalability, and resilience of the project while broadening its reach to more communities and environments over time.
Will you still purchase land and plant trees in Portugal?
We do not plan to purchase land in Portugal, but we would be delighted to find partners in Portugal who can provide the land for us to create Ginkgo groves there!
